New Hybrid Line Filling Technology by SIPA

SIPA SincroBloc system

SIPA, a well known manufacturer of beverage filling linens, provided Arca Continental with a brand new operation for their filling operation in Salta. Basically it is built around a SIPA SincroBloc system.This includes an SFR twenty EVO rotary blow molding machine and an Isotronic HR 100-20 isobaric filling section.

These machines are combined into one, totally integrated unit. The filling and packaging line stretches all the means from a new syrup area to a SIPA Genius PTF palletizer.

Palletising unit with Robot layer preparation

This most modern palletising unit is equipped with Fast-layer robotic layer preparation and a new SPF/E pallet wrapper. Further in the track, it is including technological sections such as fill level and closure inspection, laser device bottle code application, an automatic cooling tunnel, sleeve labeling, and finally shrink packaging. All just ahead of the new robotic palletiser.
